It started with a simple question:
why does this have to be so hard?
We watched a friend who's an agent wrestle with her listing-prep process. Email chains. Lost photos. Texts back and forth at midnight. A spreadsheet of repairs that nobody could find when the tradesman showed up.
We knew there had to be a better way to put a home on the market in Kansas City. So we built one.
Photo shoots, repairs, and a custom dashboard that ties it all together — for the agents, homeowners, and investors putting homes on the market. We're starting in Kansas City, with new markets on the way.
